Red Lion DLC01001 is a digital temperature controller designed for DIN rail mounting, part of the PID controllers DLC series. It features 2 analog outputs with a conversion resolution of 1/18000, supporting both 0-20mA and 0-10Vdc signals. The device is equipped with three digital outputs: two 24Vdc, 1A MOSFET outputs labeled OP1 and AL1, and an additional digital output designated as AL2/OP2. It accepts 2 analog inputs, compatible with a wide range of signals including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-10Vdc, various thermocouple types (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, C), and RTDs (Pt100, NI120), offering a 1mV/1μA conversion resolution, a 100ms sample period, a 300-400ms response time, and 0.1% accuracy. This dual-loop temperature controller operates on a supply voltage of 18-36Vdc or 24Vac, with a network frequency of 50/60 Hz.
