NIDEC SP6401 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size of 6, measuring H46.02" x W12.2" x D11.73" (H1169mm x W310mm x D298mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 205A under normal duty and 180A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP6401 includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc). Analog interface comprises 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) with a 16-bit conversion resolution and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution, along with 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) also with a 10-bit conversion resolution. It is designed for a 3-phase input network and delivers a rated active power of 110kW under normal duty and 90kW under heavy-duty, equivalent to 150HP for both duty types.
