NIDEC SP6401-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max in open-loop configurations, featuring a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It has dimensions of frame size 6, measuring H46.02" x W12.2" x D11.73" (H1169mm x W310mm x D298mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac) with a rated current of 205A for Normal duty and 180A for Heavy-duty. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and offers a degree of protection of IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol, with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz on the supply input and 0-3000 Hz on the output. The SP6401-HF includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc), alongside 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. It also features 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 110kW for Normal duty and 90kW for Heavy-duty, with a rated power of 150HP for both Normal and Heavy-duty applications.
