NIDEC SP4403-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max in an open-loop configuration with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 4 with dimensions of H21.53" x W12.2" x D11.73" (H547mm x W310mm x D298mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 104A under normal duty and 96A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol, with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz on the supply input and an output frequency range of 0-3000 Hz. The SP4403-HF includes 3 digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and analog inputs comprising 1 differential input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; 16-bit) and 2 single-ended inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; 10-bit conversion resolution). Additionally, it has 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source; 10-bit conversion resolution). The rated active power is 55kW for normal duty and 45kW for heavy-duty, with a rated power of 75HP for both conditions.
