NIDEC SP4402 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size of 4, with dimensions H21.53" x W12.2" x D11.73" (H547mm x W310mm x D298mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 83A under normal duty and 74A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP4402 includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x additional digital inputs (0-24Vdc). It also features 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended), along with 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended). The rated active power is 45kW for normal duty and 37kW for heavy-duty, with a rated power of 60HP for both normal and heavy-duty operations.
