Red Lion PXU11D20 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It supports a network frequency of 50/60 Hz and features a design with relay control output and a secondary relay control output, housed in a 1/16 DIN (48x48mm) form factor with 11mm orange and 7mm green digits for display. The supply voltage requirement is AC 100-240Vac, accommodating a wide range of voltages including 100Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 200Vac, 208Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac. As part of the PXU PID controllers series, it measures 1/16 DIN (W48mm x H48mm / 1.89" x 1.89") and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 NEMA 4X. The controller has a 10Hz analog input sampling rate and utilizes RS-485 for communication. It includes 1 x digital output (contact type 250Vac 3A) and 1 x digital output (contact type) for secondary control output 2. For inputs, it features 1 x analog input compatible with various signal types including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, and multiple thermocouple types with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy, plus 1 x analog input for remote setpoint input.
