Red Lion PXU10020 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It supports a network frequency of 50/60 Hz and features a design with relay control output, fitting a 1/8 DIN vertical slot (48x96mm) with 12mm orange/green digits. The supply voltage accommodates a wide range from 100 to 240Vac, including specific values such as 100Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 200Vac, 208Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac. As part of the PXU PID controllers series, its dimensions are specified as 1/8 DIN vertical (W49.5mm x H96.5mm / 1.89" x 3.77"), and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 NEMA 4X. The frequency for analog input sampling is 10Hz, and it includes 1 x digital output (contact type 250Vac 3A) and 2 x digital outputs (contact type) for alarms. The analog input supports a variety of signals including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, and multiple thermocouple types (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK) as well as RTD, with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy.
