P32D modular global compact dump valve is a remotely operating dump valve that automatically shuts off upstream pressure and exhausts the downstream pressure when the pilot pressure is released. The valve will automatically dump when the holding signal is removed. The quick dump valves are high flow, normally closed, 3-port, 2-position directional control valves. Upon energising the solenoid, inlet air is applied to the top of the piston. The piston pushes against the spring and opens the main valve, providing full air flow to the downstream. When the solenoid is de-energised, the main valve closes, allowing downstream air to exhaust rapidly through the bottom plug.  The bottom plug is tapped so exhaust may be piped away or fitted with a muffler/silencer. The P32D dump valve can be mounted using a modular connector to other P32 global air preparation products.  Markets Machine Tools Misc. Industrial Misc.
