Panasonic FX-502 is a digital fiber sensor amplifier characterized by a red LED light source. It features two outputs and is designed with a variety of functions including interference prevention, adjustable OFF-delay/ON-delay timers ranging from 0.05ms to 32s, a one-shot timer, three levels of light emission plus an auto-setting mode (H-SP mode), and settings for hysteresis, shift amount, emission power, display orientation, ECO mode, data bank loading and saving, copying, code input, reset, logical calculations, and threshold tracking. The case cover is made from polycarbonate, and the switch from TPEE, ensuring durability. It comes pre-equipped with a connector for easy installation and is designed for DIN rail mounting. The FX-502 operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP40. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The current consumption is 40mA (0.04 A) under normal conditions and 28mA (0.028 A) in Eco mode, both at 24Vdc. It provides two digital outputs (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA) and features a response time that varies from 25µs in H-SP mode to 24ms in HYPR mode. The device includes a 4-digit red LED display and a 3-digit green LED display for clear, easy-to-read output.
