NIDEC SP2403-HF is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for high frequency applications up to 3000Hz max. in an open-loop configuration with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 2 with dimensions of H15.32" x W6.1" x D8.62" (H389mm x W155mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 380Vac-480Vac (400Vac / 415Vac). The rated current is 29A under normal duty and 25A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and can output 0-3000 Hz. The SP2403-HF includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and analog inputs/outputs with varying specifications. It is designed for a 3-phase input network and offers rated active power of 15kW under normal duty and 11kW under heavy-duty, with a rated power of 20HP for both conditions.
