NIDEC SP1201 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 1 with dimensions of H15.2" x W3.93" x D8.62" (H386mm x W100mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). The rated current is 5.2A under normal duty and 4.3A under heavy-duty conditions. This wall-mounted unit is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1. It supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and operates on a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). The SP1201 includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and analog inputs comprising 1 x (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended). Additionally, it features 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended; source) with a 10-bit conversion resolution. The rated active power is 1.1kW for normal duty and 0.75kW for heavy-duty, corresponding to a rated power of 1.5HP / 1-1/2HP for normal duty and 1HP for heavy-duty.
