Red Lion PXU41D20 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting with an operational ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C and a network frequency of 50/60 Hz. It features a 0-10Vdc control analog output and a secondary relay control output, fitting a 1/16 DIN (48x48mm) form factor with 11mm orange and 7mm green digits for display. The device supports a supply voltage (AC) of 100-240Vac, accommodating a wide range of power inputs including 100Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 200Vac, 208Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac. As part of the PXU PID controllers series, it measures 1/16 DIN (W48mm x H48mm / 1.89" x 1.89") and offers an IP65 NEMA 4X degree of protection. The controller has a 10Hz analog input sampling rate and utilizes RS-485 for communication. It includes 1 x digital output (contact type) for secondary control output 2, and features two analog inputs for a wide range of signals including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, various thermocouple types, and RTD, with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. Additionally, it has a remote setpoint input, heater current monitoring for protection, 1 x digital input for user input, and 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc) for main control output 1.
