Red Lion DLC11001 is a digital temperature controller designed for DIN rail mounting, part of the PID controllers DLC series. It features two analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc) with a 1/18000 conversion resolution and three digital outputs (24Vdc; 1A; MOSFET), including OP1, AL1, and an additional digital output (AL2 / OP2). The device is equipped with two analog inputs supporting 4-20mA / 0-20mA / 0-10Vdc, thermocouples types T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, C, and RTDs types Pt100, NI120, with a 1mV/1μA conversion resolution, a 100ms sample period, a 300-400ms response time, and 0.1% accuracy. It operates as a dual setpoint temperature controller, accepts a supply voltage of 18-36Vdc or 24Vac, with a network frequency of 50/60 Hz, and communicates via RS-485 Modbus protocol. The analog inputs have a sampling rate of 9.5Hz.
