It is part of the FlexEdge DA70A Advance IIoT gateways sub-range and features a design with 3 x sled slots for expansion (slot (1) for a CAN port, slots (2) and (3) for USB host). This router offers a variety of connection types including 1 x RJ12 port for RS-232 serial communication, 2 x RJ45 ports for RS-485 serial communication, 2 x RJ45 ports for 10/100BaseTX Ethernet connections, 1 x USB type A and 1 x USB type B connectors, 1 x micro SD card port for additional I/O expansion, and 1 x CAN port plus 2 x USB 2.0 Host ports via media modules. It operates on a supply voltage of 12-24Vdc and supports Ethernet, RS-485, and RS-232 communication protocols. The router is equipped with comprehensive configuration, networking, and automation software including a Web GUI/Crimson for configuration, firewall, RADIUS auth., routing, NAT, IP Fallback, VPN Client-Server for networking, and over 300 drivers, IIoT connectors, OPC UEA, SQL Sync, data logging, virtual HMI, and an advanced Web Server for automation tasks.
