It is part of the FlexEdge DA70A Networking gateways sub-range and features a design that includes 3 x sled slots for various connections: slot (1) has 2 x Ethernet ports, slot (2) includes 2 x RS-232 ports, and slot (3) offers 2 x RS-485 ports. The connection options are extensive, comprising 1 x RJ12 port for RS-232 serial communication, 2 x RJ45 ports for RS-485 serial communication, 2 x RJ45 ports for 10/100BaseTX Ethernet connections, 1 x USB type A and 1 x USB type B connectors for device interfacing, and 1 x micro SD card port for storage expansion. Additionally, it supports extra I.O.'s through an extension port, 2 x RJ45 Ethernet ports, 2 x RJ12 isolated RS-232 ports, and 2 x RJ45 isolated RS-485 ports via a media module. The router operates on a supply voltage of 12-24Vdc and supports Ethernet, RS-485, and RS-232 communication protocols.
