Panasonic FX-412G is an amplifier designed for sensor applications, featuring a digital fiber sensor amplifier with a green LED for illumination. It includes functions such as interference prevention, OFF-delay/ON-delay timer ranging from 1ms to 3s, a one-shot timer, and a threshold value that can be adjusted manually. The case cover is made of polycarbonate, and the housing is constructed from ABS, ensuring durability. This part comes pre-equipped with a connector for easy installation. It offers protection against outputs short-circuiting and operates effectively within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The FX-412G operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, with a green light wavelength of 525 nm. It has a low current consumption of 30mA (0.03 A) in normal mode and 24mA (0.024 A) in eco mode, both at 24Vdc. The device features a single digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA) and offers response times of 150µs (FAST), 500µs (STANDARD), and 4.5ms (U-LG). An orange LED serves as a visual position indicator, complemented by a 4-digit red LED display and a 4-digit green LED display for clear, precise readings. The time delay function can be set between 1ms and 3s, and the power consumption is 0.72 W in normal mode and 0.58 W in eco mode.
