Panasonic CX-481-P is a compact photoelectric sensor designed for transparent object sensing. It features a PBT housing and a polycarbonate lens, with an operational ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. This sensor emits infrared light with a wavelength of 870 nm and can detect objects as small as 50mm within a sensing distance of 0.05m to 0.5m. It offers a quick response time of 1ms / 0.001 s and includes a digital output (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA). The CX-481-P operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes and is equipped with an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability indication. It is connected via a pre-wired 2m 3-core 0.2mm2 cabtyre cable with bare end flying leads.
