SM30SRLMHS Banner Proximity Sensors

Banner Engineering SM30SRLMHS is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, specifically as a receiver within the SM30 series. It features "A" modulation frequency and is housed in a durable stainless steel casing. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates in bare end flying leads, facilitating straightforward installation. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The SM30SRLMHS offers an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring its resilience in challenging environments. Its M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape allows for easy integration into various setups. The sensor provides one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), capable of sensing distances up to 150m with an infrared light source at a wavelength of 880 nm. It boasts a rapid response time of 1ms / 0.001 s and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, making it versatile for diverse sensing requirements.
